If you truly to get in to this industry then I'd say yes. Gets much harder to break in over time, and the MBA is a weak channel to break into the industry without prior experience.
I would say yes. If you're a good analyst, then it would only take 2-3 years to start the trek to substantially larger compensation packages. The only point of titles is to make more money, but if you can make the same amount of money as an analyst, then take it. I would rather be paid a VP's compensation with an analyst title than an associate's title and compensation (hyperbole but you get the point).
Is there room to continue growing at that firm? That would be pretty important for me because if you don’t get promoted internally, I’d think it would be hard to lateral given your age at such a junior level. Something to think about
You currently make that comp though - if you were taking a massive pay cut I'd hesitate, but you seem to mostly be concerned about the title which is a silly thing to fixate on.
Take it. Title is meaningless and your comp will be much higher over the long term in PE. Also if you are clearly old to be an analyst + perform well, they'll likely fast track you a bit

If you are not currently in the industry your current "title" is meaningless no?
