Tracking Investment Returns / Recommendations

I was wondering if there are any pensions / endowments that are good at disclosing their assessment of PE managers / returns. For those on the IR / LP / coinvestment side, who are the top LPs you have seen that publishes these reports?

For example, I have found that Ventura County Employees Retirement Association has detailed pages in their quarterly report that assesses new fund commitments and the managers (eg STG), but they are not invested in too many funds so limited coverage of all the names.

Would love to read up more on LPs’ assessment of GPs!

Thank you!
