USD 20-80mm net worth goal

Hi,
usually, magazines and "get rich" articles focus on very successful people (e.g., entrepreneurs, PE veterans), who clearly also had luck with timing, circumstances etc. However, there seems to be a bucket of people with net worths between USD 20-100mm who rarely ever speaks about. Has anyone thought about patterns there? How did these people become rich and how could this be executed nowadays? Certainly, one could aim to become Senior Partner at a Big Consultancy or Partner at a PE firm. But how would someone with more entrepreneurial thirst should set him- or herself up to achieve this net worth in a relatively short amount of time?
