Am I stuck in multifamily?
So I joined a multifamily IS team at a CBRE/JLL/Eastdil about a year ago. I'm realizing that missing out on Argus experience may have hurt my early career if I decide to move to the principal side. If I was doing D/E across commercial or just IS industrial I feel like that would've put me in a better spot. Am I stuck? I'd rather not have to start over as a An 1 at whatever principal sided shop I move to (if I do). Any advice im more or less just curious about my current situation.
