AM tracking post closing
Hey all..quick question here hoping not stupid but I recently started at a small shop in both acquisitions and AM. Been on acquisitions side for prior life so just starting to learn AM.
Say our UW started 9/30/22. Our Year 1 was through 9/30/23..how do I track against UW after I receive our operating budget which will be based off of calendar year ending 12/31/23? Do I account for a Stub year ending 12/31/22 and then use my UW for calendar years?
