Brookfield comp

Does anyone have a sense for comp at BAM? I’m particularly interested in comp within the Private Funds Group or whatever the fundraising team is being called these days. I’m just not seeing much reliable info around comp for vp and up so apologies if I I’m missing it…

Also I am sensing that Brookfield is not offering equity or some sort of promote piece as the NYC job descriptions give a base range and then just a days a discretionary short term cash bonus.

Much appreciated, thanks!
