Efficient Way to Create Maps
Curious if anyone has any recommendations on either free or subscription map software to lay out subject properties and lease/transaction comps?
Currently using Google Maps / Earth but its a bit tedious and doesn't look spectacular
Ideally looking for custom icons / labels / exportable tables to excel / optionality for location labels like highways, municipalities, etc. that looks professional

I believe there is a free resource, similar to logointern, that I used when I was an analyst (~7 years ago). Can't remember the name. I know that is not very helpful but there is definitely something out there.
Sounds like batchgeo
ArcGIS. The personal license is only $100/year and the amount of stuff you can do with it is just insane.
Google My Maps is the best free tool imo
Batchgeo. You're welcome.
nice map tools
When putting together OMs and IC memos I use batchgeo. You can drop in a massive list of addresses and it will plot then for you. Arcgis is also great but much more expensive
mapcustomizer . com
Batchgeo
