Don’t know too much about their specifics and strategy, but I’m sure you can find that info through their website and RE news sites.

I do know a few people who work/worked there and heard it’s a solid place. It’s a large, recognized, and reputable firm and exit opps are solid. With that being said, I’ve heard it’s very corporate, upwards mobility is tough and slow, and pay can probably be better. You’ll notice a lot of people who work there for a few years then exit into a smaller or mid-sized fund.
