How Much Is Real Estate Selling Off?
With the jump in rates almost by 2% since the lows of last summer and the federal reserve getting ready to sell down its mortgage portfolio, what kind of repricing in the market for real estate are you guys seeing? And how much do you think it reprices this year?
Deals we trying to sell getting retraded/blown up left and right. Remains to be seen how things play out.
As a buyer we just asked for lower pricing and everyone just said yes lol... probably 5-10% of agreed upon PP in Feb/March
I'm hearing of retrades in the 10 - 15% range on Class A PHX multi.
Think pricing continues to decline this year? I don't see how value doesn't decrease 20%+ with this move in rates.
