Is this position good experience in the Hotel Space?
Hey guys,
Got reached out to for a position working in the 3rd party management arm of a hotel company. Essentially working with sponsors to sell the companies third party management services across tons of flags and brands. Was wondering how much actual transferable hotel underwriting this would give if I were to want to move towards a more direct acquisitions role in the future.
Trying to break into the hospitality industry.
