Just started my much wanted job in Data Center Development for a global operator in the southeast. Looking to see if there's any experienced pro's here coming from developer's/syndicates that can pass on any tips/knowledge/material for me to get a leg up.
My experience involves coming from a single family office. So essentially done just about anything from public markets, privates- VC, PC, RE Acquisitions, Philantrophy,
I'm also currently doing time with the Air National Guard in Cyber Ops so I do have some technical knowledge on how racks and power generation works.
