RE Equity/Acquisitions Analyst Growth Opportunities & Comp

Hi all,

Was curious about a few things related to real estate growth opps and pay structure in an equity group on the real estate arm of a MF firm, particularly starting at the analyst level. How does comp scale up from y1 to y2 all-in (I know the base is usually 110k-120k, so what is it including bonuses)? When does carried interest come into play? Also, what growth opportunities are available after 2 years of working at one of these firms either within them or even at more specialized funds (opportunistic funds / re hedge funds / maybe eventually b-school)? Any info on this would be great. Thanks
