In Texas, the housing crisis is getting so bad houses are being purchased sometime for 200k over list price and get 80 offers within days of list. Supply is very low. Lumber prices are high making it even more expensive to build.
We are at a point where the middle class is being affected (at least here in the Texas Triangle). We talk about solutions to housing all the time but are any of the solutions viable?
