Replacing CoStar with Green Street
I am looking at replacing costar with green street because the green street research is much better. However, CoStar tracks some property level data that Green Street does not (unit mix, loan details, detailed owner profiles, etc.).
do any of you know of a service that can make up for that data the Green Street isn’t tracking? Green Street is about $6k less than CoStar so I have some cash to pay for another service.

My company has every data source under the sun (Costar, Axio, Reis, Green Street) and I use CoStar the most due to personal preference and UI ease. Axio also shows unit mixes for MF but I am not a huge fan of their data sets.
Green Street and REIS have the best market data arguably.
We got Green Street fairly recently and they did a training with us. It is also easy to use. I also love their commercial mortgage alert and real estate alert.
