Retail Underwriting Model
Hey Guys,
Does anyone have a basic retail real estate underwritting model they can share? I'm looking at some small retail pieces in the Bronx and need a nice simple underwriting model to use. No crazy value-add or anything like that, it's just a couple of tenants and reimburse taxes.
Please let me know, on a time crunch. Would greatly appreciate any help 🙏
Is the A.CRE model too complicated? We had an industrial deal we didn't have a model for and their model worked very well.
