We're looking for an analyst - Ft Worth TX Developer
Monkeys, I've gotten a wealth of knowledge from this forum so figured I would let everyone know of a job opening at my firm that isn't posted anywhere online right now. We're looking for an analyst with 1-2 years of exp (ideally) but will also consider the right candidate out of undergrad. Comp is competitive for this market and based on experience level. Would be supporting asset management team which oversees current portfolio holdings, strategy, capital markets, redevelopmnts/repositionings, and also assists other teams with underwriting new acquisitions and developments. Lots of financial modeling within Argus and Excel so would need to have a basic understanding to be a good fit. We're a Fort Worth-based mixed-use investor and developer with over $2B AUM. Historically have focused on high profile institutional mixed-use centers but also just launched a ground-up multifamily platform. Average deal is >$100mm and this is a great spot to learn the biz as you touch almost everything on this team. If interested, comment with years of experience and anything else relevant and I'll dm you!

Fellow RE monkey here. Currently an Analyst on the lending platform of a bank. Little more than a year of experience. Would like to learn more about the opp.
Whats comp look like? Competitive for that market meaning $80-$90 base with 20-25% bonus?
Depends on if you’re fresh out or have a yr or two of exp. PM me if you want more details, but I’ll say that’s not a bad range!
I'm not based in the US but just wanted to say it's super nice to see that people are willing to post positions here!
Thank you for posting this! 1.5 years of experience and would love to learn more.

Interested as well!
Graduated May 2020 from an Ivy and I have 2 years of non-relevant professional experience (Product Management). I have experience with real estate investing and development at the individual and family level, and now I’m trying to break in to gain some professional experience. I would love to chat! (Also, given that I don’t have RE experience, I recognize I might not be considered for the more experienced level/comp)

Update -- we're also hiring for our multifamily development team as well, analyst / associate range to project manager. Respond if interested and I'll PM you with more details!
I’ve got ~3 years exp in industrial REPE but have multi family development internship exp - if you think those skills would transfer I’d be interested.
Certainly interested - 3/4 years in real estate development and acquisitions (multifamily, office, BFR) in addition to 2 years in corporate finance. Currently in DFW
