Would you put "Break into CRE" courses on resume?

Is it worth putting these certificates on resume or just state you have the skills.
Justin Kivell is great but is it necessary to put the certs on you resume or just state you have advanced finance modelling skills etc etc

If your in undergrad, include it. Demonstrates interest in the industry and shows that you have the basics down (as you took a course that laid out step by step what you need to know to at least be functional at modeling, if not intermediate to advanced). As an interviewer, when I see that, it's helpful as it tells me "this kid understands the importance of this skill for entry level positions and took the time to learn it". It doesn't make me think "oh wow, he's an expert modeler", but it does give me some sense of comfort that you can make your way around excel. And that is very important for internships or entry level ft.

Edit: if you’ve down REFM or A.CRE, that looks better as they are more recognized .

Yes definitely include it, and make sure you can explain what it is and what you learned from any of the courses you bought.
