Putting rejected job offers on a CV?
Hi guys,
I've been mulling over this question 'should I mention on my CV that internship firms I will not be returning to gave me the full time offer?'
I know this seems like a strange/dumb question but my reasoning (perhaps flawed) is that seeing 1, 2 or 3 internships at different firms may lead to recruiters thinking 'is this person not getting full time offers? and if so why not? is this a red flag when considering whether we should hire this person?'
It wouldn't be an entry like 'rejected job offer' but something like 'converted internship to full time offer'
Thoughts?
I would definitely not do this. It just looks way too odd. The path should speak for itself (every company should be better that the one before or align better with you career path, why else would you not take the offer). But reading answers from more experienced people would be good.
Fair enough! Thanks
