Resume Help Appreciated!

Working in Debt Capital Markets at the moment as an associate but i'm interested in suping up my resume to ignite my job search for higher end jobs/firms. Thank you in advance!

My quick thoughts here:

  • Way too much text under each bullet. It really overwhelmed me when I started to read it.
  • Even at a MSF/associate level, the resume should still be able to fit on one page. Would recommend removing a lot of the extra bullets and just picking the 2-3 most relevant roles, along with 4-5 of the most concise and relevant bullets for each

A friend was recently in a similar situation and she did almost all of her recruiting through these guys and got an IB job with the BB she was aiming for. Figured it'd be worth a share.
