Rising senior (non-target) for FT IBD resume help

Up until about half a year ago I thought I was going to do my PhD in math. Then I discovered finance, and later investment banking. I was immediately drawn to it and want to see if I can get any full time interviews. Any advice you have for me, either about my resume or my shot in the dark at full time would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Separate Work & Leadership experience, remove everything that has to do with High School. Also add locations. Put dean's list under "Education", not under "Awards."
