Year of Graduation

Hi,

I am trying to find an entry level position in trading. I graduated in 2003 with an EE degree from a very good school. I have worked in Engineering positions since then. At this point, I am planning to transfer into a trading arena. However, putting a year of graduation down is preventing me from getting a job at a prop. firm or BB since they typically look for recent graduates for entry level positions. Is there any way to work around this problem ?

Thanks very much.
