Cornell has more presence in both IB and PE despite the school being a little smaller. OCR isn’t split up by school so you’ll have the same opportunities as anyone else at the school as long as you know your shit. You can always switch majors but moving to Dyson is basically impossible.

UVA will likely be a better college experience so if you value that, UVA isn’t a bad choice. Cornell is still fun because of the huge Greek scene and strong school spirit (being in the middle of nowhere means most people stay around campus most of the time) but a lot of people can’t handle the weather.
