Help Picking University

The time for college applications is here and I intend to go to business school wherever I go. The schools I am applying to are UGA (safety), Georgia Tech (match), Emory (match), UT Austin (match), UVA (difficult match), UMich (reach).

I probably won't get into all of them, but I want to start considering my options now. I am in-state in Georgia, and I qualify for free tuition in public universities or $4,000 per semester at private colleges. Assuming no financial aid from the public universities, the price breakdowns per year are as follows:

UGA: $15,000
Georgia Tech: $20,000
Emory: $55,000
UT Austin: $52,000
UVA: $65,000
UMich: $65,000

I will note that I estimate ~$5,000 aid from the out-of-state publics, but it isn't guaranteed.

How would you guys rank my options given the cost? I have an extremely generous college fund of $220,000, but it seems like it would be a good plan to get a cheaper undergrad at Tech, and then use the rest on an MBA later. While McCombs (especially BHP), McIntire, and Ross are great, they seem exorbitantly expensive for an undergrad.
