Northeastern University - Co-op vs. Name brand - Transfer?

I'm currently a Freshman at Northeastern University with a long term goal of obtaining a position as an analyst in corporate finance. I finished my first semester with a 3.9 gpa, was elected president of my residence hall (I manage a $3k activities budget per semester), and work ~10 hours a week at an on campus office position. As of right now I have completed 50 credits due to AP credit. I will be spending the month of May abroad in Italy on an 8 credit program studying and speaking with family businesses.

My current path will take me on co-op June/July 2014 through December 2014 at which time I'll be going back to class. I currently have my schedule set up so I can graduate in 4 years while doing 3 co-ops.

My question is: should I stick with Northeastern after my first co-op? If I should transfer, where am I likely to get in? If I should stick with Northeastern what should I look for in co-ops/how should I proceed?

Mostly I would like a bit of guidance in the next couple of steps towards my goal.
