NYU Stern or Canadian for Undergrad

I've seen posts comparing these two universities in the past however they're all fairly dated.
When I got my acceptance to Stern, I was ecstatic; NYC had always been my dream and, as long as I put in the work, I'd be one step closer to my dream of working in a Hedge Fund. Since the excitement has died down, however, I'm beginning to see that this decision isn't black and white as I previously thought.
To attend NYU Stern, I'd have to borrow $500k CAD from my parents and eventually repay them, avoiding interest costs in the process but still dedicating a large part of my earnings to repaying debt for the first few years out of school. If nothing goes the way I plan and I am unable to repay my parents, losing $500k wouldn't bankrupt them but certainly delay their retirement for a few years.
On the other hand, I could attend Ivey Business School in Canada, graduating with less than $100k debt. While the school places well on Bay Street in Canada, it lags behind Stern for Wall Street—my ultimate goal.

In terms of career pathway, I'm planning to enter into Investment Banking and then either get lucky and exit into Hedge Funds immediately afterwards or work buy-side for a few years before doing so.

I know it's laughable to dedicate myself to a career that I have no experience working in, and I accept that there's a chance I change up my end-goal, but I'll certainly always be working somewhere in finance.
Any advice on which of these two schools I should pick?

Although a little behind Stern, Ivey is still a great school and has very strong placements across NY and LA. For example, they have a direct pipeline with Evercore NY with 3-5 hires every year historically. There are very many alum in BB/EB and it is the most respected ugrad from Canada. Even if you do end up in Toronto rather than NY (which is worst case scenario and near 100% doable if you take the right steps immediately starting school) you can try to land in a strong global satellite or a group like RBC M&A which has phenomenal exits still. One thing to consider as well is school location, although NYU is known to be a school with less spirit, the location of being in downtown NY is amazing and gives you a lot of networking opportunities whereas that may be limited in London, ON where the student body largely gets day drunk on any given weekday.
