Undergrad UIUC vs. University of Minnesota
Bear with me here since I am new to wall street oasis, but I need help in choosing which school to go to for undergraduate studies.
I am considering between University of Minnesota and University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I got directly into University of Minnesota's Business school but I am Undecided at UIUC. Also for Minnesota I would be taking around 30k in loans while at UIUC I would be taking around 18k.
I was also wondering if University of Iowa's Tippie College of Business should be taken into consideration where I would get a full ride or close to a full ride.
Also any help with majors would be greatly appreciated too, I was thinking about a double major between finance, accounting, or economics.
If IB is your goal, go to UIUC.

Good placement in Chicago, despite being hours away, and decent alumni network.
Considering the 30k vs 18k, UIUC hands down.
Iowa gives everyone mammoth scholarships, but if you're looking to do finance, it shouldn't even be on your radar.
Is Iowa really that bad? I looked them up and they don't seem to be ranked that bad unless those rankings are wrong.
Also I didn't get straight into UIUC's business school, is getting in after freshman year going to be hard?
Thanks for the help!
