US Masters vs MM IB in Europe

Hi Guys,

I'm wondering if I should start working at a Tier 2 Firm in Europe (Jefferies, HL, Nomura etc.) or if I should do a Masters in the US at a Semi/Target and try to recruit for the US as well.

I would be 24/25 (depending if I decide to take a gap year) after my Masters in the US. Is that time and money better spent working in Europe and then applying for a MBA?
