What are my best options with a 26/30 gpa (non-target but strong uni)?

Hi I wanted to ask (mostly to italians) what are my best options in case I do a good gmat, with a 675-685 on GMAT Focus edition(720-730 old gmat) and a year of work experience (not very relevant like big 4)? The gpa is low due to health issues and in the last 10 out of 20 exams i'm trying to maintain a 29/30 gpa but I don't know if they care. If you know somebody with similar story or stats it would be very helpful
