Work Experience - a problem or not

Hi guys,

I have one quick question and I would really appreciate if somebody finds time to answer.
I have 5 years work exp co-running my company, 5 months in a company in energy sector and 1 year on the organisation of a big sports event, plus 2 short internships.
GMAT 690.
I cannot go for MBA now for a couple of reasons.

Now there is something that worries me. Is this a bit longer work exp a problem/an obstacle when applying to MSc programs?
I am interested in managerial programs like int management, management, innovation and entrepreneurship and perhaps marketing on universities like Bocconi, CBS, Vlerick, ESADE, Mannheim, RSM...

Thank you :)
