Commodities Option Pricing internship

I have an internship with an energy brokerage firm and i will be pricing options, options on futures, deliver market commentary and analyze freight differentials to identify arbitrage opportunities.Would mostly be working with biofuels and corn, soyabeans but might also put my fingers in oil and natural gas.

After my MBA,i would love to have a job on the trading floors of one of the BBs.

Please comment on the kind of experience that i am likely to get out of the internship and how would it help me achieve my goals.

Also, should i be highlighting my experience in the biofuels and agricultural markets or generic skills like options pricing, etc?

what exactly are your option pricing skills? I mean is it being able to input a bunch of variables into a model, or are you expected to be working on developing pricing tools?

If someone said "I can price options" that opens a whole can of works, and if it turns out he just knows the if you put a volatility input into black scholes it outputs a price....well that aint exactly impressive.

Thats pretty bad ass for an internship. I work in Equity Derivs Sales, so I'm wondering how do you learn to price biofuels options? Do you use typical pricing models (B-S, Binomial, etc) that you would learn in a Derivs class or are you kind of striking out on your own to come up with something?

Best of luck, sounds like a great opportunity for you.
