Distressed Debt trading vs Distressed HF

i am currently working at a top 5 BB in S&T and have the opportunity to move onto the distressed debt trading desk (at the same BB) in the next month or two. I also have several potential opportunities at Distressed HFs ($10+bn AUM). Trying to figure out what would be the better career option. Clearly there is no clear cut answer but wonder what people's opinions are.
