Real Estate + Tech PE/VC

I work at a start-up RE PE firm that has about $800M AUM, but it was founded years ago by higher ups from FAANG and tech entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley. Recently, in addition to the our RE fund, they are hiring an investment director for tech investments (Very small fund with 4 investments). I worked FP&A with tech start-ups prior to getting into real estate and so my CEO wants me to work on acquisitions on both fronts.

I have a foundation in corporate PE, but as an associate I want to hit the ground running so there isn't a huge learning curve. Any one have any advice or sources that I can use (Adventures in CRE type of site for PE) that I can study on downtime?
