VC Associate phone interview

Hi everyone!

I have a phone interview for a Venture Capital Associate position this Friday.

I was originally rejected from the position because the manager didn't want to hire "recent grads." I'm not sure if its good or bad *for me * that people with experience weren't hired or washed out within the first couple of weeks.

Are there any questions I should be anticipating? My internship just had behavioral questions with some questions on what trends I see in the future. I got to apply the valuation methods I learned during the internship (DCF and VC valuation method).

More about me:
May 2019 Undergrad in Finance from non-target school
1 summer internship in VC.
2 years business development: partner with local companies to expand their business to different locations.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!
