Same Freshman PWM Internship during Sophomore year/ Sophomore summer?

Hi everyone,

Since the start of my freshman year I've been an intern analyst at a top brokerage firm's (well known name) chairman's personal / family office. My internship is pretty intense compared to most PWM stories I've heard. I do 0 cold calls and secretarial things, and focus more so on excel based money managing tasks, research/reports, and some cool projects about EM / the bond market. I also report directly to the Chairman. I know that getting an offer at a BB / MM during my sophomore year as a non-diversity candidate is fairly difficult. Is it smart to stick with this internship till my junior year, or should I consider jumping ship?

Thanks,
