Wealth Management "Business Plan" Help

Long time lurker here, need some help. I just had a first round for a wealth management / financial advisor position and they now require that I submit a written "business plan" that details how I will get clients. Obviously, I have heard of this kind of thing before and I have a decent grasp of what to put in it, but I just have no idea how such a document should be formatted.

I have searched the internet through and through and there seems to be nothing in the way of a template for this kind of thing (business plan template tends to bring up only those business plans an actual company uses to put in front of clients.) I have no idea if they are looking for a narrative or bullet points or charts or what. Anybody have any experience with this?

Appreciate any help.
