Hey Guys,
I was selected for an interview with Rothschild and would like to know if someone knows how this bank structures its interview process.(Technical,fit or combination?). I am from a target school in NY,econ major, previous internship at PWM (9 months total), Series 7, 63.I did my homework and yet it seems that interview style varies from country to country. Thanks for your input.

Know your debt. They're a top-notch restructuring shop, and will grill you on debt. Make sure you know DEBT capital structure, as in know the heirarchy of debt, everything from a credit revolver facility all the way down to junk, or high yield.
There's some fit too. be ready for everything.
