Asian events-driven investing

I am starting work at a start-up hedge fund which focuses on events-driven investments in Asia. Can anyone please provide me with helpful tips (news sources, databases, websites) that is useful for sourcing (1) merger arbitrage, (2) special situations (spin offs, recap, break-up etc.) and (3) distressed debt investment opportunities? These sources should contain, or is focused on, asian investments. Please also provide me with your thoughts on which you think are the best sources.
