Barclays Risk IT vs. BNP Paribas Risk IT
I got two offers from BarCap and BNP, both doing application development within risk group. I have a MFE degree but for now I can't switch to finance yet because immigration status limit, but in the future I want to do either trading or research. So I want to ask if anyone can give any suggestions on these two offers... BNP give the title AVP and BarCap only Analyst; but BarCap will give a little more on salary and known by more people. appreciate for any input...
where is this? if it's the US, what is a "immigration status limit" that disallows employment in particular sectors or functions...?? i have never heard of such a thing...
or is this another country / something you did not explain properly?
