Citigroup - 5 interviews + Case study ?! Feedback/help

Hi guys,

Has anybody gone trough the interview process at Citigroup (London office)

  • How is the 1st round - 2 interviews : what type of questions ? Technical ?

  • 2nd Round is 3 interviews + Case study ! Has anybody done a case study during their recruitment process ?

Do they usually try to trap you and do those things like reading WSJ or going straight to what's 442²? How is the case study ? can you prepare it ?

If some bankers or fellow candidates can give me their insights on this please, I ll give some feedbacks afterwards to help future candidates.

I just interviewed with Citi first rounds on campus. The general tone of the interview was much more confrontational than some other interviews I've had. The guys were nice, but in general it was obvious they thought they were hot sh*t.

Definitely some technical questions, but they were pretty standard (3 statements and their interconnections, DCF, WACC, etc).
