I think that would depend
I think that would depend which side of the S&T you were on and where you were at, BB, MM, Prop, etc.
It also depends if you're being upgraded from an Analyst role at the same bank or if you are a new hire.
Care to share any of that?
Also, if you join the share your salaries group you may get some info you desire, but you have to post your salary too
yeah thanks we consider it MM
yeah thanks
we consider it MM to BB (kinda middle), and im being upgraded...not a new hire...started a the bottom...
tks
something like....salary
something like....salary 100-125, bonus 50-100k. depending on how much you actually do.
at my bank (bb), some 1st year associates are killing it, covering real accounts, adding real P&L, while other associates are still glorified desk assistants. Also, sometimes for 1st year associates, HR still has a lot more control over the range than your direct manager.
