Hi all, so I have a first round video interview with Hamilton Lane and I am looking for advice on how to prepare for the interview. The interview will be with their co-investments team. Any advice is much appreciated!

I have an interview with Hamilton Lane for an investment analyst position and was wondering if anyone could offer any insight or tips on what to expect. They give an Excel/written test and I'm not sure how to prepare.

I took the Hamilton Lane excel test and it was pretty basic, just a couple of straightforward questions on lookup functions, countifs, sumifs and really basic calculations. You don't even need pivot tables, not to mention macro. The test also includes a few questions to test your logic (kind of ) and short write-ups for business thinking, overall it was definitely not a difficult test.
hi, can i ask if this was for their analyst development program? Or for a lateral hire?
