Handling back to back interviews
Might be a dumb question, but:
Superdays usually have back to back interviews, my worst experience has been 5 in a row.
I see my performance dramatically decline in these, especially when I have been speaking for over an hour.
I start fumbling, lose focus, my communication skills take a nose dive and I am unable to answer even the most basic question in a sane manner.
Any advice??

Make sure you get plenty of
Make sure you get plenty of sleep the night before and have a full breakfast. Make a conscience effort to sit up straight to help with the speaking. Outside of that, it is really up to you to perform throughout the whole process.

Honestly - get a good nights
Honestly - get a good nights sleep if you have them 5 days in a row. Though - I had a week of 1st rounds in NYC, and I found that I was always more awake if I didn't eat breakfast, or ate something really small. Could just be me though....
i think he meant 5 interviews in a row
not 5 days..
just take them one at a time, honestly i find the first couple to be the hardest since i'm not in the right interview mindset at that pt. then it's just like repeating a process.
Water
Make sure you have a bottle of water for in between interviews.
It can be exhausting
If you get bored just pull out your cell phone and start texting your friends and ignore the interviewer until your mental stamina is back, they do it all the time!
Honestly its a difficult thing to do. I was pissed when I had a super day the morning after Halloween last year because I could not go out. The analysts/associates interviewing me were all clearly hung over and all had blood shot eyes. I ended up getting the offer though so it was worth it. The full night of sleep, breakfast, coffee/red bull are the way to go. Go to bed even earlier and wake up early and work out.
