LA & SoCal Developers/Family Offices
Hey guys,
Looking for some information on the development scene in LA, specifically who some of the well-known developers are.
Im from the NYC area and am familiar with firms like Extell, Macklowe, Witkoff, RFR, Fisher Bros, Naftali Group, DDG. Any similar shops in LA? Obviously there's the Hines/Related type guys but looking for smaller prominent companies

Well if you want to work for one of the largest landlords in LA, Dr. David Lee is doing a ton of deals. He and his company Jamison are super controversial to say the least, but they are developing a good amount in LA right now.
