Medici bag?
I got this bag as a graduation gift. Is it okay to carry it around as first-year analyst or am I gonna look like a total tool? :)

I'm assuming the latter but I thought I'd ask anyways...
I think it's quite nice.
Though it looks a bit used, like it's been passed down by your dad.
I think it's really nice, what's the problem?
We're Italian, "WACC" means something else to us.
looks cool, go for it
It's a great bag, although I'm not sure you're going to need to bring a bag to work as often as you might think. Should you need to be carrying books to client meetings, it would work great. However, you're hardly going to be taking anything to /from work as an analyst. The only time I ever bring a bag to work is for gym clothes and I bring a freebie gym bag we got back in SA training. Don't worry about the bag though, just don't expect to get as much use out of it as you think. I'd recommend playing it safe and waiting a bit just to get a sense of what everyone else is doing if you're worried about it.
