New In The Big Apple!!!
Hello.
Im just new in NYC, I graduated from Princeton University very recently, and have accepted a job a a Bulge Bracket firm, obviously here in NYC ( the job process was SO TOUGH, but the information here at WSO has been a tremendous help in securing my position at a BB IBD.)I am currently staying with a friend, but in the next couple of weeks, I want to get my own apartment, but Im unsure what to do. So I seek the valued advice of you, the fine Ladies and Gentlemen of Wall Street Oasis. What region of Manhattan should I consider (uptown, midtown, downtown?). What square footage should I aim for? And most importantly, what should the price range be? Also, I am wonderin' whether or not I should buy a car or take the subway.. Any help would be appreciated! And remember, this is a serious post, so serious answers only (yes, Im talking to you, Mark Klein).
Also, what do you people think about THE BATHING APE?!
