So I seek the valued advice of you, the fine Ladies and Gentlemen of Wall Street Oasis. What region of Manhattan should I consider (uptown, midtown, downtown?). What square footage should I aim for? And most importantly, what should the price range be? Also, I am wonderin' whether or not I should buy a car or take the subway.. Any help would be appreciated! And remember, this is a serious post, so serious answers only (yes, Im talking to you, Mark Klein).
