What area of finance are you looking at getting into? You need to show your finance interests somehow on your resume. From reading it, I would have no idea what kind of industry or group you are targeting.

Fluent in English? O really??

You basically are an engineer making the switch to finance, so you need to highlight what experience caused the switch to discuss it in interviews.

- Bulls make money. Bears make money. Pigs get slaughtered. - The harder you work, the luckier you become. - I believe in the "Golden Rule": the man with the gold rules.

How much time do you have left at school? Definitely consider joining finance clubs, societies, etc... to show that you have a genuine interest in the industry. Also - is economics the only finance(ish) course you have taken? I honestly think it's going to be a hard sell for a SA position, unless you opt for an unpaid with a boutique.

Maybe look into interning on a part-time basis with a boutique while you're in school. This would demonstrate your interest and also give you the necessary exposure to the industry that many firms are looking for. Best of luck!
