Having gone thru the SA interview process last year, most BB's have started assigning you a "buddy" once you get a preselect for a first round interview. This is some times someone from your school who is a 1st or 2nd year analyst. This person is usually very straightforward about the process for their bank and can clue you in as to the general breakdown of their interview.
