What % is the passing rate that you don't have to attend the "extra accounting training"? Just curious, thanks in advance.

Sounds like a cop out, but its not.
For normal classwork and tests during your training the pass mark is 70% across the board. This probably comes from the fact that a 70% is also what the SEC/NASD requires in its licensing exams.
For pre-course work, there is usually a tiering system whereby at 50% it becomes recommended but not mandatory and at 70 or 80% its no longer recommended.
Seriously though, if you aren't a retard and you managed to get this job in the first place (even if you are an english major) given a few days and the study materials you should be able to test out of it if you want to. A word of warning, all training is paid so by not going you forgo the amount of your daily salary. At a daily rate of about $230 it might be worth your time to sit in a class room and get a refresher course (I wish I had).
