Princeton Woodrow Wilson School
Hey guys, so there is this knew thing for Princeton's Woodrow Wilson School where it will become non selective.

Even though I know coming from a HYPS it really doesn't matter what you major in as long as you show some interest + good GPA, would it really matter if you majored in Woody Woo vs Econ? I am more interested in Woody Woo and it seems more well rounded, and a lot of people who major in it end up in finance, but would one have any advantage over the other? Also, I'm pretty sure you can get a certificate in finance in either one, correct me if I'm wrong, but I would do that too.
.
You kind of answered your own question, but I don't see anything wrong with that major. Personally, I would do Economics, but that's just me. Read Liar's Poker to see how Michael Lewis broke in from Princeton non-econ.
I've heard about it a lot, especially on these forums, never really thought about it, but I'll take a look.
Doesn't matter. Major in Art History or Classics if you want.
And now that Woody Woo is no longer selective, I don't think it's going to be quite as "Pre-investment banking" as before.
Well it has some emphasis in Econ, I don't know if you can do a finance certificate thought. Art history and classics = boring as ****. Plus they aren't applicable to anything but things like teaching. Not that anything at Princeton is significantly harder than other majors(other than hard sciences vs things like art history) it seems like Woody Woo is a lot less quantitive than Econ and somewhat easier.
