Know your econometrics. Be prepared for questions on CAPM, APT, etc.
They have a lot of PhDs there, so I'm betting that your interview will lean on the academic side of things.

Quantitative Investment Strategies at GS is the group within GSAM that runs Global Alpha and a number of other quantitative funds if I am not mistaken.
